Organic, virgin and unadulterated coconut oil - free from bleaching agents, has not been deodorised or fractionated & therefore retains all its natural aroma & goodness.

As a skin moisturiser, coconut oil absorbs readily into the skin & keeps it soft, but not greasy. It helps to reduce chronic skin inflammation and is soothing & healing to wounds, blood blisters & rashes. Coconut oil also aids in the removal of the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin smoother. The oil penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin & strengthens the underlying tissues.

Virgin coconut oil is highly recommended for flaky skin conditions such as psoriasis, rashes or blemish prone skin.

Some of our customers use it as a facial moisturiser, hair conditioner and even shaving oil. It's a totally universal product so please use as you see fit.

At room temperature, Virgin Coconut Oil is a semi solid butter but melts quickly on the skin. If you leave it in a sunny or warm spot, it will melt into a clear oil. Take care when opening the jar during hot weather as this product will be liquid!

The best way to apply coconut oil is to spoon a little from the jar (if it is solid), let it melt in your hands or in a cup, gently massage the oil into the scalp & hair, and leave in for about 15-20 minutes before washing the hair with shampoo. If using as a body moisturiser, simply massage in.

I just thought I'd give you some feedback on your virgin coconut oil. I think I'm on my third or fourth jar now. Previously no matter how much hard-earned cash I spent on top brand name "skin care products", I still had troubles with the skin on my face....big bumpy spots, little spots, red skin (sorry to be graphic!). People kept saying its my diet, must be stress etc. etc. But almost from the day I started using the virgin coconut oil, I've hardly had a single tiny blemish and my skin is even toned and really soft.
