Customer Loyalty Program : Earn Points with each qualifying purchase

To check your points balance and select your reward simply log into your account, then click on Loyalty Program.

Existing customers who were familiar with our first Loyalty program will no longer need to click on a widget. We have merged everything into the accounts management panel as shown below.

Terms & Conditions: 

Our Customer Loyalty Program is a complimentary service which can be withdrawn with reasonable notice, or amended without notice.

 

Providing customers checkout whilst logged in to their account, they will be rewarded with one point for each whole £20 or multiple thereof per order. Any residual balance to the full order value is not carried over to the next order and it will not accrue to earn points. For example if your order comes to £47.50 you will earn 2 points and the remaining £7.50 will not accrue to future points.  

 

P&P charges, where applicable, are excluded from the Loyalty spend. 

 

Orders placed via express checkout options (without logging into your HN account first) are excluded from the Loyalty Program due to the system's inability to track purchases made this way.

 

We are unable to manually credit points for past orders.

 

The rewards are redeemed via a discount code which is emailed to the customer or shown on screen at the time of conversion of collected points. These Loyalty Program discount codes cannot be used at the same time as the discount codes for other promotions that we may run throughout the year. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

 

The rewards discount codes can be saved and used with any future order.

 

The rewards discount codes are customer specific and cannot be transferred to/shared with another customer.
