I was very happy with the shade. I did struggle to open it though! I saw the middle divider and tried to turn it, but I was unable to do so. I contacted Ann who instructed me how to turn it. However, I still couldn't do it as I have very weak fingers and thumbs due to arthralgia. I waited for my husband and he was able to twist it to open the tiny holes. It then worked! If there is a wrong way of doing something, I will find it! So it is my own fault. I now leave it in the open position! I still find that not much comes out onto the puff that I am using to apply it. I thought it might have been clogged up so I tried piercing the holes again with some pointed scissors. It worked a bit better then.
The concealer is fine thank you. I have asked Rossi if she could perhaps give detailed instructions of how to open the compact as there is a right way to do this.
