Organic shikakai comes from the seed pods of the small South Asian tree Acadia Concinna and has been used for millennia in India as a gentle conditioning cleanser for both skin and hair. The organic shikakai is extracted in organic sugar and organic grape juice and is then combined it with pure-castile liquid soap base for a soothing and moisturizing glide along with superior hair lift and wetting.

Dr Bronner Shaving Gels are perfect for both men and women. To use them, simply squirt a little bit of gel onto your hands (about the size of a nickel) and rub them together to create a good lather. Apply to the area you would like to shave and continue to rub into your skin, further enhancing the lather and preparing the skin for a good, clean shave.
